Westbuild General Purpose Sand & Cement is a pre-mixed blend of clean sharp sand and general purpose cement. Ready to use, it is an ideal blend for a topping mix, general repair work and cement patching.

- An ideal blend (4:1) for a tilers topping mix.
- Westbuild Sand and Cement is also ideal for a render project, general repair work / cement patching, landscaping and certain plumbing work.
- Mix with Westbuild PRO™ Flexible Additive & Fortifier to enhance and further improve the final properties of the mix, increase strength and decrease water permeability.
- Pre mixed sand and cement - just add water.

Quantities- 1mm thick = 10m2
- 10mm thick = 1m2
Use
- Ensure thoroughly mixed with water prior to use.
- Do not allow to dry too quickly when greater than 5mm thick.
Storage
Store in a dry environment off concrete floors in the original unopened bag.
